14th December, 2019

Korean Academy of Public Administration Winter Conference and Regular General Meeting took place in Suwon Convention Center from 13rd to 14th of December, 2019. CGC had its own independent session in this conference with newly titled as "Comparative Governments and Government Competitiveness". The discussed topics were very challenging and interesting that quite a few attended this session.

1) Doctor Sehee Kim demonstrated how South Korea has been running national gallery exhibition management policies. She as an experienced expert in this field suggested that free audience to galleries does not gaurantee profit maximization.

2) Doctor Sung-ho Jung from Korea Institute of Finance discussed preconditions of fiscal rules. He passionately argued that the role of fiscal rules should not be limited to blocking the welfare budget. Cautiously enough, he suggested this issue should rather be separated from political debates.

3) Ms Se-eun Hong and Professor Jisoo Jung from Police University showed how childhood abuse experience could affect dating violence behavior.
